F.A.Q

  • Why Mediafire???
Hmmm….The most asked question here. There are like tonnes of websites which provide movies in rapidshare, fileserve and so and so. The problems with these file hosts are that they are good till you have a premium membership, once your membership is over these hosts literally Sucks. They don’t provide fast speed, resume support, download manager support, more than one simultaneous download etc etc to free users whose no. is much more than premium user and tell me, who can afford to buy premium account of all these sites.
And here comes Mediafire, one of the best file host I’ve seen they provide all the above features for free, ho hassle, no waiting time and fast speed. Mediafire is best file host specially for slow speed internet users who cannot download a single 150 mb file in one go.

  • Did you rip and uploaded all these movies??
Of course not, I am not good at ripping and my laptop is also pretty old model, the processor will burn if i even try it. All these files are freely available on internet in rapidshare or megaupload links. I just reupload them in mediafire so that the users who don’t have premium accounts can also download them.
All credits goes to original rippers.

  • Can you give single link in place of 4-5 parts of the movie??
No, because the maximum file size limit in mediafire is 200mb.

  • The movie files have extensions 001, 002, 003…., how do I join them??
You can use 7zip or Hjsplit to join the parts, both of them are free softwares.

  • Some movies are compressed in rar files and when i try to extract them its showing errors like file corrupt, crc failed, wrong password etc how to fix that??
Please use Winrar to extract these files and ensure that the option of Keep broken files is checked during extracting the files. You will find this option in the bottom left side of the File extract window

  • I like your work, how can i support you?
You can donate through alertpayl by clicking on the Donate button on the right side of the page, You can donate whatever amount you like.

  • I have questions not listed here, how can i contact you??

Are you getting Corrupted files or CRC Failed errors in Winrar when trying to Extract files?
I have recently built a new computer about 4 months ago, and noticed that a large portion of my downloads always led to corrupted volumes (CRC failed) errors according to Winrar.

I figured out the solution to anyone who recieves these errors in Winrar.

Solution

1. Open the .rar file(s) you would like to extract.

2. Click on "Extract to"
Fix Corrupted files or CRC Failed errors in Winrar

3. In the miscellaneous options, check "Keep Broken Files".

Fix Corrupted files or CRC Failed errors in Winrar

Outcome: Winrar succeeds at extracting the files even if you are given Volume/CRC Failed errors. The extracted files will NOT be corrupted and will work flawlessly. Just ignore the error messages and it will work.

Why does this happen?

Although I'm not 100% sure about this, I believe that this has something to do with faulty memory.
Large files such as multi-volume .rar files use alot of memory, or if running at the wrong voltages, can be unstable and perform errors.
These errors are reported in Winrar during extraction but don't actually affect the extraction process.
So for anyone who's going crazy from downloading and re-downloading "Corrupted Volumes" when the uploader claims that they are working fine, then save yourself the trouble and use this solution to save yourself some bandwidth, time, and grief.
